Good-stay service apartments are located within complexes that are well guarded and have round-the-clock security to ensure the safety of the inhabitants within the apartments. Good Sam also follows other safety protocols as detailed below:

Zero tolerance towards Illegalities

We expect our patrons to follow all applicable laws.

Any Stakeholder or premise found engaging in illegal activities are immediately suspended from Good Stay Network.

Good Stay follows zero tolerance towards any kind of illegalities.

Fire and life safety

Good Stay audits the service apartment providers and other stakeholders to watch out for red flags and take preventive actions.

When we onboard any accomodation/apartment on our platform we check that the building is equipped with fire extinguishers and apartment has a safety latch. CCTV's are located in all public areas, especially at entry and exit points.

Let's Talk Precaution

The COVID-19 pandemic has reinforced the value of health and hygiene. We keep our Patrons informed on guidance from experts such as the World Health Organization and local public health recommendations. When required by local laws or guidelines, all Patrons and customers must:

  • Wear a mask or face covering when interacting in person.
  • Maintain 6 feet (2 meters) of distance from each other at all times.
  • Strictly avoid travel if recently been exposed to or have symptoms of COVID-19.
  • We measure properties in our network based on your feedback on their sanitary conditions.

Government travel restrictions and advisories in India

We encourage Patrons and customers to keep themselves informed of all government laws. Rules, notifications and guidelines relating to the hospitality industry and especially the COVID-19 pandemic.

Good Stay provides for all safety measures but advises its occupants/guests to keep valuables always in their own personal possession. Good Stay will in no case be held responsible for any theft arising on account of negligence and carelessness of guests
